5 Steps To Setting Up A Wonderful Mastermind Group
1. Find A Group Leader
A Mastermind Group Leader is NOT the boss! But they are a leader in that they are the person who is willing to make things happen. So A Mastermind Catalyst may be a better name. They are the person who acts as the central communicator. The person who liases with potential members, communicates with Wonderful Web Women Admin and gets the first group meeting happen. After that, all members share responsibility for running meetings
If this sounds like you, then congratulations. The first thing you need to do is go to the JV Zone, create a JV profile and then submit a JV offer. You should put information there such as where you are and if you have any ideas about what type of group you want to be part of. For example you may only want experienced marketers, you may want a mix, you may want to focus your group in one particular niche (such as health), you may be completely open, you may only want people in your local area or country.
If you don't have time to be a Mastermind Group Leader but really want to take part in a mastermind - keep you eyes open for JV Offers (you can check these out whenever you log in to the members area. You will also receive an email once per week letting you know of new JV offers). If you see a group you would like to part of, simply contact the leader and tell them a little bit about yourself. You can even create a JV Profile in the JV Zone so other people can find out a bit about you and what you hope to achieve by being part of a Mastermind Group.
2. Ask Us To Set Up Your Group Hub On-line Project Management Account
Once you have a few of you to create a Mastermind Group contact us through the Contact Page and let us know. We will need your Wonderful Web Women usernames so we can set up an account for you. We will then create your account for you. To set up your own account would normally cost $49 per month, you get this for free through us and we set it up for you as well!

3. Decide amongst your group how you will meet.
If it is via group phone, set up an account for free with the conference line we recommend, (you can also choose to record your calls if you want to - it's up to the group). All the details are given in a to-do list that we set up for you in the Mastermind Group Hub so you can tick them off as you go.
4. Decide via the message area of your Group Hub when you will first meet.
At this meeting decide your group goals and group rules / agreement (it's all in the to-do list we set up for you).
