30 Day "Quick Start and Take Action" Coaching Program
This package is designed to get you focused on exactly what you need to do first, the order you need to do things, and importantly, what you DON'T need to do. You will leave with actionable ideas that are specific to YOUR business and personal goals. This kind of laser-targeted planning will literally save you months (if not years) of frustrating activity and get you focused on what will actually achieve your goals.
All coaching is one-on-one with Janet Beckers, founder of Niche Partners and Wonderful Web Women.
What this program is NOT
This program requires YOU to take action. You are not outsourcing to me. This means I am not doing the work for you. I do not make your web site, write your book, set up your Google Adwords and write your business plan.
These are actions YOU need to take, or outsource. At the end of this program you will know which of these actions you need to take and in which order. You will also know where you can turn to either develop the skills to do these things yourself or outsource to other people.
Who is this program for?
If you already have knowledge in a niche area then you will get a lot from this package. If you are feeling quite lost and don’t really know what it is you want to do on-line then you probably won’t get as much out of this 30 day program, the 90 day program would be more appropriate.
Who is this program NOT for?
This program is about taking action. If you don’t have the time or head space to devote at least a few hours per week to this program then you are best to wait until you are ready. If you’d rather just let someone else make the decisions then this program is not for you. You also need to have some cash flow. Through this process we may identify some actions you should take that may require cash, such as paying ghost writers, graphic designers, web designers or purchasing information products to develop skills you need (such as copywriting). You can always use this program to plan what you can do when you have some cash-flow but you may get frustrated when you are bursting with ideas and strategies but can’t action them.

To get the most of this program you need to commit to:

Step-by-step – what’s involved
Step 1 Complete our Snap-shot survey – to get you focused on your current situation and goals. This survey is filled out in your own time and gives us both a good indication of where your business is now and how you intend your business to develop.
Step 2 Watch my bonus CD “The Internet Lifestyle Dream – How To Make It A Dream And Not A Nightmare” – valued at $USD 67 to give you a crash course on what does and doesn’t work on the Internet – and take notes on how this will apply to your goals.
When you have completed the first 2 steps, the 30 day program commences.
Step 3
- 1 hour telephone consultation call – jam-packed full of focused planning, targeting your specific issues. Because we have both taken the time to understand your business through the snap-shot survey, this call is spent on action planning, not research.
- Review our call at your leisure: You receive a link to download the recording of this conference call within 2 days and the transcript and recording on CD within 2 weeks. This means you can review the call to keep focused and review plans.
- Personal password protected project management zone with direct contact with me to streamline our communication and record milestones and action steps.
- You receive priority email support to answer any questions that arise during the 30 day program.
- Access to my Private Mobile Phone (Cell Phone) number for up to 5 quick “get out of jail” telephone calls.
Step 4 Within 2 weeks you email me your action plan based on the decisions you have made. We will teach you how to use your personal password protected project management zone to record milestones and action steps. This means all communication is transparent and keeps us both accountable.
Step 5 At the end of the 30 days we have a 30 minute conference call (recorded and transcribed) to review your plans and assess if you need any further support or if you are ready to “go it alone”.

Each month follows a similar structure with milestones, tasks and accountability exercises.

During this initial call we determine achievable goals for the 90 day period, significant milestones and first steps.
There is a 60 minute consultation call at Day 1, Day 30 and Day 60
Step 4 After each consultation call you email me your action plan for the next 30 days. We will teach you how to use your personal password protected project management zone to record milestones and action steps. This means all communication is transparent and keeps us both accountable.
Step 5 Ongoing during the program. Once per week, on a pre-arranged day, you email an accountability report to me. You review goals achieved and areas you had challenges with. I can then give you specific advice to move you towards achieving your goals for the next week.
Step 6 At the end of the 90 days we have a 30 minute conference call (recorded and transcribed) to review your plans and assess if you need any further support or if you are ready to “go it alone”.

I only take a limited number of coaching clients at one time so acceptance to the program is based on application.
