| Q. | Why can't I log in after I first join? | |
| Ans. | When you join Wonderful Web Women you will automatically receive an email from us. It is very important that you open the email and click on the activation link that is in it.This is what the email looks like: from "Membership Manager - Wonderful Web Women" with the subject "Welcome to Wonderful Web Women!". It is important to click on the activation link in this email to activate your account - otherwise you won't be able to log in.If this email don't arrive within 10 minutes of joining us, go and check your spam folder of your email manager (Outlook or similar). Lots of emails can end up in there that don't really belong. If this happens, activate your membership first and then read our information about white listing so you know you will always receive mail from us.Also, once you have clicked on the activation link in the "Membership Manager - Wonderful Web Women" email, you will be directed to an "Action Taker's Offer" page where have to choose a membership type before your membership is activated. (Click the "PayPal" button or the "Click here for Basic Membership" button)It is very important to choose a membership type on this special offer page or your membership will not be activated and you won't be able to login. | |
| | | Q. | I can't log in and I am using the correct username and password | |
| Ans. | There are probably 2 reasons for this:
1. This might sound silly but try re-entering your username with an upper case letter at the beginning (the first letter capitalised). This is more common than you think!
2. Your account may not be activated yet. Have you clicked on the link in the email we sent you that asks you to click to activate? When you do you will immediately be taken to a page that gives you 2 options. You can choose to stay as a free member or upgrade to a gold member with a 20% discount. You must make a choice on this page and click on one of the buttons at the bottom. (Click the "PayPal" button or the "Click here for Basic Membership" button) This will then activate your account (sounds long but it is actually very quick). | |
